Fintech Sport Group Inc. announced today that its JustMove app will be used to help raise funds for refugees from Ukraine.
From March 02 to March 31, the Polish Marketing Agency, Sports Evolution, is organizing an event to raise funds for Polish Humanitarian Action in support of the hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine.
We have all seen the horrifying images of what is unfolding in Ukraine, and can only imagine the fear and trauma experienced by the long lines of women, children and the elderly crossing the border into Poland.
Working with Sports Evolution, Canada’s Fintech Sport Group Inc is donating the use of its JustMove fitness tracking app to help manage and support the event.
Sports Evolution has already secured the support of leading partners in Europe, including Enea, CitiBank, Mercedes, and RedBull Ale.
100% of the money raised during the Runners for Ukraine fundraiser will be donated to Polish Humanitarian Action to help war refugees.v
Anyone, anywhere in the world can take part in this fundraiser. Participants are asked to make a suggested donation of $5 or more, and then walk or run at least 5km to show their commitment and support.
It is hoped that tens of thousands of people around the world will be walking and running in support of this urgent cause.

Participants can download the JustMove app here. Once the app is installed, people can invite friends and colleagues to participate as well, and then track their progress together.
